A serial entrepreneur with experience and expertise in online applications, television, and advertising, Jan founded three start-ups before launching ZappoTV. Most recently, Jan founded Adjustables, creator of online video advertising technology, which was sold in 2008 to zoom.in. Before that, he started Yarosa, a leading provider of mobile-driven interactivity for broadcasters in over 50 countries, which was sold in 2006 to TMG, and previous to Yarosa, he founded international Internet content syndicator YourNews (now MoMac). Jan studied Business Administration at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Melbourne Business School in Australia.

Neal, with a corporate as well as entrepreneurial background, has e-commerce, online marketing, customer acquisition, and consumer marketing and advertising expertise. Neal founded ZappoTV after Adjustables, an online video advertising technology company that sold to zoom.in in 2008. Previous to that, he was with Centex Corporation, where he managed business analysis, e-commerce, lead generation, and Internet marketing initiatives. Prior to Centex, he was with Associates First Capital Corporation, where he helped launch new online lead generation and decisioning solutions that generated the first $100M in loan volume online. After a successful IPO, CitiGroup later acquired the company. Neal obtained his Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from Trinity University in San Antonio and completed his MBA cum laude in Global Business from the University of Dallas.

Hans has the entrepreneurial spirit and brings to ZappoTV extensive consumer electronics and WiFi experience. Hans joined ZappoTV from Wireless Sound Solutions (WSS), which delivered the world’s first viable wireless audio solution for home theater speakers and headphones. In 2010, SMSC (NY) acquired WSS. Prior, Hans founded STS Smart Telecom Solutions, which was acquired by Adcon AG (Vienna) in 2000. Hans graduated with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Hans developed many wireless products with proprietary and standard (WiFi, Zigbee, BT) technologies. Hans pioneered the 802.15.4 IEEE standard and delivered the first operational 15.4 radio. He was on the team who founded the name ZigBee and worked on many wireless consumer audio and video products. Millions of these products have been sold worldwide by large CE companies.
